Current Employee CEO focuses on operational, has no people-oriented purpose. Every 6 months, it constantly reminds us if we don't like this, then maybe we are not the right fit for Jamf and should just leave. The previous CEO showed trust, believed in remote work, and did what's right for our customers, not what's right for the investors. I don't expect to see myself here much longer if this continues without drastic changes in replacing the CEO and Chief Sales Officer (CSO). The CSO has been successful in leading when the market is good. In the current market, it doesn't have a clue how to overcome and just says keep working hard and no resources to help develop from the top down. Many PIPs are happening. Switching to operational because channel first is sad to see, and the reputation of Jamf is deteriorating each day. I'm not even sure it's going to be able to recover with the same level of customer focus and people-first company. Browse Other Reviews
