The organisation has a nice culture but the market is hard, a lot of competition and We have a small growth for the moment. Mobile security market is a nice to have and very hard to sell.

Decent company, senior team are good, very good product portfolio. Culture is a mix bag, if you are not much of a drinker or don't like to hang out in bars it can feel a bit isolating.

My overall experience has been really great. Product and people at the company are outstanding and care about the work they do. Compensation wise, it is incredibly poor compared to the rest of the market. Depending on what you value this may or may not be the place for you.
