Reps are treated as a commodity that can be thrown away at any time, doesn’t matter performance levels. They try to mean well but fall short. They treat people very well overall.

At the turn of the new year they essentially got rid of them all together, it went from 5x to 1.5x. Our OTE is low, and now have very little upside earning potential. People will be leaving, good luck retaining top talent when you need to hit 150%...Read More
