Culture comes above everything at Jamf. They try to justify an abysmal pay structure by providing a top-tier environment, which is nice for a brief stay but does not bode well for longevity within the company. They also prided themselves on providing plentiful growth opportunities (which was true about a year ago) but that simply isn't the case anymore. There is near zero opportunity for growth at this time.

My overall experience with JAMF has been very good. The compensation is competitive and aligns with industry standards. The product to Market fit is good. The culture is very inclusive and the people there are good people.
