Run far away. Jamf announced return to office mandate for office-proximate employees after promising 5 months ago we would never have a RTO. It’s yet another difficult pivot after a year of relentless, panicked changes (in response to downturn after the former CEO stepped down). Leadership’s choices are frantic and fractured. They treat employees terribly - making it very clear that each person is a replaceable number, while telling employees scrambling to figure out how to make a RTO work, that they’re just lucky to have jobs. The gaslighting is off the charts. Not a great place to be right now. Only time will tell what will become of what was once one of the best places to work in software.

Good product that is well known and well regarded by users. Support has been an issue more recently with customers expressing displeasure with overall quality of support. There are opportunities for product improvement that aren't addressed. Pay tends to be lower than comparable companies for most sales roles. Benefits are fairly standard but good. Jamf is a strong organization to at seems to have lost a little direction due to leadership changes. Still has a solid product and go to market strategy is becoming more clear. Culture has declined but still remains decent.
