Overall the company is good, and very relaxed culture with decent teammates and hands-off management which can be nice. However, over three deals have been taken from me on minor technicalities. They don't really care about the salespeople or how much they pay them, the leads are decent but in no way perfect and the CRM has been nothing but a headache to deal with. Overall there are better companies out there but if you're looking to work minimally and get paid accordingly I think Kareo is a good place.

My experience at Kareo (AKA Tebra) has been great. The fact that 70% of reps hit quota is great and it feels like a lot is invested into the culture. Only thing I would change is increase base to $60-65k and OTE to 105-$115k. I think that would be more fair for this position. Oh yeah, and I'd do 401(k) matching.

My experience was great at Kareo. Internally there where too many moving parts to the business which were segmented.
