My overall experience was spectacular over at Operatix/memoryBlue. The company culture is electric -- insanely collaborative. A high energy office that has so many training resources available every week, there's always some aspect that you can improve on as a sales rep, and they provide tons of weekly classes/trainings with successful SDRs/AEs that have graduated past the entry level routes to bring you fresh ideas and perspectives on how to approach/handle prospects.

Not a lot of memoryBlue's clients necessarily get the value they seek when they first work with the company. I think the dynamic of tech sales is changing and memoryBlue has proven slow to adapt for now.
