The SDR team is very neat and small. I love that the company hires responsibly and makes decisions that is data analytics driven. The manager is very down to earth and offers to get on the floor with you. They are very hands on with training. Tech stack is subject to change, but currently it's Sales Force, Outlook, teams, outreach, LI Sales Nav, Zoom Info, and Drift. Ramp period is 3 months and the company is pretty organized! AE's are very helpful and make time to schedule meetings with SDR'S. There are plenty coaching opportunities! Great place to learn and grow!

No personal development (No coaching,no educational allowance, no courses). Spray & Pray sales process method. Comp plan is insulting ($85 per meeting that shows up & qualifies) ($0 for closed wons).
