Former Employee The most toxic work environment of my career. The highest earners are handed deals that the executives have worked almost to completion. The rest of the sales org is told "if they can do it, you can to" and told if they do 150+ dials a day, they will. The fact is, their "enterprise AEs" are calling into 500 - 1,200-employee companies and playing spray and pray, trying to catch the perfect fish. Once you've done that, you're told the deal should close in 3 weeks and if it hasn't you're wasting your time and are "trying to look busy instead actually succeeding". Yes, 3 people hit 7 figure w-2s in 2024. One was hired to manage their biggest customer and reaped the rewards of the renewal, another got an inbound from another country and that was the one deal they closed in 1.5 years and only the third genuinely put in the work. Don't be fooled by the LinkedIn posts, 1 out of 30 reps is not a good stat, especially when 1/3 are leaving within the first 6 months. Browse Other Reviews
