Current Employee3.4Aug 1, 2024Great company with great people. Company used to have a layover model with AD's then SME AE's, but changed it so that basically everyone is an AD now. Although, being a PS/SME AE does feel like you are not as important as an AD to the company. Base is not competitive with the market and the newer commission/selling model isn't the best.

Former Employee2.6Nov 18, 2024Extremely toxic culture and encourages a lot of fighting and back stabbing amongst the sales organizations. Very immature lead gen and marketing. Perficient has a lot to learn to compete with the big consulting firms. Management really doesn't understand the big metro markets.
