Interesting experience to say the least. Seems like a strong market fit, but leadership managed to cause more roadblocks than anything else. Over performing against KPIs, letter of award for deal 2X annual quota, terminated for performance the following week without severance. (3 weeks after corporate training). 5X pipeline built in <5 months.

A polished organisation. They simply changed strategy so no UK employees had the opportunity to earn commission before they sut down the office.

Perficient has no culture and the leadership team avoids any face to face conversations. The firm is just a bunch of acquired companies that continues to work in silos. The history of just being a body shop is what many of our clients continue to believe. Not strategic.
