Over performing against KPIs, letter of award for deal 2X annual quota, terminated for performance the following week without severance. (3 weeks after corporate training). 5X pipeline built in <5 months.

Current Employee3.4Aug 1, 2024Great company with great people. Company used to have a layover model with AD's then SME AE's, but changed it so that basically everyone is an AD now. Although, being a PS/SME AE does feel like you are not as important as an AD to the company. Base is not competitive with the market and the newer commission/selling model isn't the best.
