Former Employee Product is okay but it's an incredibly saturated market where you are facing the same competitors on basically every deal. Small team attempting to punch above its weight and has done a decent job up until now, but long-term competitors with more investment are developing much faster so maintaining market-fit seems to be a challenge. Customer Success also going through big changes meaning that team is super stretched and customers ultimately aren't getting the service they should expect.
Positives: Transparent commission structure, nice AE team, flexible work policy.
Negatives: Sales leadership is inexperienced and has created a strange team culture with a real lack of psychological safety. Middle player in a saturated market, slow product dev, below average compensation, lack of company diversity. Browse Other Reviews
