It's been a really tough year at this company as an AE. Very few people are pacing to hit the annual quota. Meeting volume went from a pretty significant amount where I was consistently busy to now I'm lucky if I have 2 demos a week and it's frustrating because I like this company. Overall the company is great if you intend to really dig in and work hard. Work-life balance is difficult especially if you have a family or other obligations. Prospecting outside of work hours is often needed to stay on top.
