Product is solid but with constant changes, we are losing trust with clients. The company is being pulled in a hundred directions with no north star. Morale is shrinking. Hopeful we turn it around.

Hard work was once incentivized at the company but that has taken a backseat recently during the restructuring that is ongoing. The company culture has also taken a hit.

This company was so good and they've destroyed everything. Their restructuring laid off half the team, restricted what we can prospect into and gave a significant pay cut under the new comp structure. There is no faith in leadership at all and all the changes are being presented to us as if they're good for us. I'm thrilled that we're told our shares will be worth...Read More

Irresponsible leadership. Empty promises after empty promises, grew too fast and just laid off 150 employees
