Former Employee2.7Jan 9, 2024Unfortunately the best time to be part of Placer.ai was in 2022. Placer has became extremely toxic culture that lacks transparency. Working for Placer is probably about equal to being in Germany in the 1940s ! The company is promoting SDRs non stop and most of the AE team doesnt come anywhere close to hitting quota but they keep adding more reps.
