Former Employee My overall impression was highly negative. The work environment here is characterized by excessive micromanagement and an overwhelming workload. While meeting quotas may be achievable, it raises the question of whether financial gains are worth sacrificing time and respect. Management relies on fear-based tactics and pushes for constant dialing, often leading to after-hours prospecting. The atmosphere is extremely toxic and has a cult-like quality. I strongly discourage considering this company.
