While meeting quotas may be achievable, it raises the question of whether financial gains are worth sacrificing time and respect. Management relies on fear-based tactics and pushes for constant dialing, often leading to after-hours prospecting. The atmosphere is extremely toxic and has a cult-like quality. I strongly discourage considering this company.
