Amazing talented and brilliant engineers, architects, customer success and sales teams. Private equity buyout changed everything, with massive debt, continual cost cutting, hiring exec leadership to drive exit strategy rather than customer focused investments. Great company went downhill fast and continues struggling with aggressive off-shoring, high turn-over and poor customer experiences.
