We had a killer run from 2012 up through 2021. Things turned significantly worse in 2022 and have plummeted since. There was little accountability within the product org which led to non-competitive offerings and overall poor performance. The company thrived when it truly understood it's product market fit. It strayed with confusing acquisitions and lack of platform development.
