Leadership kills any morale by treating us like cattle and adding several unnecessary layers of complexity and micromanagement in the most extreme ways possible. Not a hard sale but made difficult by leadership. Used to pay pretty well. You can crush quota and get reprimanded for not following 1 of 35 (actually 35+) tracked metrics and kpi’s
