There is not a ton of training provided and managers are hit or miss with coaching and training. Success strongly relies on you qualifying for handraisers. Those that get handraisers rarely miss MPS (maybe 5%) but those that do not get that miss MPS about 40-50% of the time

Positive, if you are willing to make the calls and accept the process you can make a lot of money. The turnover is very high as there is a steep learning curve.
