As long as Rebrandly maintains the current leadership there is no hope for the company or its employees to succeed (just read any trustpilot review). Toxic leaders with no background or knowledge in SaaS running the company into the ground. Communication and culture are non-existent with zero focus on professional development and promoting from within hence why there is an abnormally high turnover rate in staff and managers. For the sake of your career Rebrandly can't even be considered a stepping stone so do your best to avoid your mental health will thank you

It seems that there is no clear direction for Rb. CEO, CFO, VP Marketing all fired in Q1 '25. New CEO came in and does not prioritize SLG. Marketing team created the new pricing which does not align with conversations sales is having. 10 leads in the past 90 days, most of which were note legitimate opportunities. Comp structure changes each quarter.
