Leadership & Management: - Incompetent leadership, does not want to innovate and allow younger generation of BDRs to find success using newer methods - Micromanagement, getting in the way of productivity - Management is not truthful about working arrangements, HR policies are not abided by Work: - BDRs are set up to fail - Misalignment between sales & BDR goals

Solid technology, great team and good people, but there was difficulty scaling this product down to Mid-Market customers given the high base cost. Much greater penetration of the Enterprise and Public Sector markets.
