Current Employee Initially, my onboarding experience was positive. However, new hires are required to purchase their own laptop and cover flights to Boston, which can be costly.
RF does not effectively leverage its various publications to generate leads. For example, my peer has received only four leads in an entire calendar year. There is a significant opportunity for improvement if this is addressed.
Management in APJ lacks a clear strategy and is suboptimal.
The biggest challenge for the RF sales team is that the product is only well-suited for the largest and most mature clients combined with the fact leadership manage like they are chasing mid market ops.
