Solid technology, great team and good people, but there was difficulty scaling this product down to Mid-Market customers given the high base cost. Much greater penetration of the Enterprise and Public Sector markets.

The first three years were outstanding — strong leadership and a highly motivated sales floor created an energizing environment. The last 1.5 years were more challenging as new leadership and GTM strategy changes shifted the culture. Unfortunately, the new framework and incentive structure did not effectively drive growth or retention behavior.
