Former Employee The first three years were outstanding — strong leadership and a highly motivated sales floor created an energizing environment. The last 1.5 years were more challenging as new leadership and GTM strategy changes shifted the culture. Unfortunately, the new framework and incentive structure did not effectively drive growth or retention behavior.
