Great culture and product but going through leadership change and growing pains as they prepare to IPO. Is affecting lead flow. Also have marketing issues that impact ability to prospect effectively as a seller.

The corporate org has been a disaster following a leadership change last year. Quota attainment is abysmal under the new group. ~85% of reps have left since the shift. Culture is toxic and inappropriate behavior is seemingly allowed if you’re connected with the right people
