The corporate org has been a disaster following a leadership change last year. Quota attainment is abysmal under the new group. ~85% of reps have left since the shift. Culture is toxic and inappropriate behavior is seemingly allowed if you’re connected with the right people

My overall experience at Redis so far has been extremely positive. Within 6 months of joining, I far exceeded by quota and had one of the best earnings years of my career. It's been good enough to keep me around. I don't want to say too much about my experience here as I still work here. Hoping it will all be worth it, should we IPO. The leadership is doing a lot to minimize costs and maximize work.
