The recruitment process at Redis was challenging but honest, but gave me a clear sense of the expectations and pace of the role which I appreciated. What stood out most was the clarity and passion of the leadership team, especially their AI vision and real-time data. It gave me confidence in the company’s direction and future. A few months in, I can honestly say I made the right choice. The culture is collaborative, fast-paced, and supportive.
