Redis has a great leadership with experience of scaling up startups and also with selling models. Also, I've joined and enjoyed so far due to a zero politics environment. The target here is about working correctly. The variable compensation is very aggressive and I've been recognized since the beginning with my achievements. Finally, the product is very appreciated by devs all over the world.

Worldclass product, sales org is going to through a revamp with a new CEO, CRO, VP of Sales and new Sales Management.
