Rubrik has become a pressure cooker over the last 12 months and has ramped up the pressure in the last 6 months. Potential to make money is there but you will be micromanaged and ground into dirt while doing it.

Company values, goals, and opportunity is hard to match or find at other companies. You will work hard and leadership support is bar none some of the best I've seen throughout my 15 year career. Most professional and financial growth I've ever experienced highly recommend to those with insatiable drive and hunger.

Product is fantastic. - leadership is not in tune with actual sales motions though and make it difficult to sell. Extremely metric based. Only 30% rep participation rate.
