Overall great starting off point. Promotion path from SDR to AE is bottlenecked with no real end in sight... They say 18mo pathway for successful SDRs but even consistent quota hitters have been in seat for >2 years with competitive quarterly promotion opportunities

Quotas were ridiculous and steadily increasing. Leadership wanted to help, but rarely, if ever, did they want to listen. The least experienced of the team were often the ones who thought they could do any role the best. The culture was often talked about, but never defined or enforced at the top.
