Current Employee Decent overall experience but the company is chaning rapidly. Less targets being hit, more micro-management and no clear strategy.
It also doesn't help that 'newer leadership' doesn't seem to have much experience with the actual business, it's more like how things used to work in the passed and in theory.
The potential is enormous at Rubrik, they should just be careful about chaning too much and becomming like to many other vendors where Sales don't hit their numbers and can't make the commissions everyone wants to make in a sales org.
