Rubrik has an interesting history and is trying to transform from a on-premises tech to a SaaS tech company. Currently they are far of and the culture atm is not positive and motivating for people to excel. New leadership is not able to create a inspiring and positive atmosphere and integrate the “old” with the “new” team and creating. High attrition among new hires and early hires.

Culture shift in the lead up to IPO. Most new sales leaders have no experience selling Rubrik. Therefore there isn’t a deep understanding of a typical sales cycle. Just regurgitated talk tracks and canned sales enablement process micro management. Incredible product, market fit, and You can make a lot of money. My overall experience wasn’t the best. Management isn’t very constructive or enabling. There’s also not really any room for vertical movement. The promotion path is virtually nonexistent. The only thing that really made this job tolerable was my peers.
