Good benefits when I was hired, have since dwindled due to company restructure and cutbacks. Leadership is navigating choppy waters and management is feeling the pressure that is passed on to the rest of their team.

Strong product, competition is increasing in the CDP space. Good company direction, the Twilio and Segment products are continuing to be integrated more closely. Well positioned for AI adoption in our customer base.

My overall experience has been positive the only thing I feel should be changed is the fact that they have an inbound team to work all the inbound leads and send those leads to the AE’s rather than sending those to the SDRs
