Mostly good but frustrations. Product decent overall but also broken in places. Lots of brainless exec change. Low calibre talent coming into the business. Competition catching up in SMB and MM. Not the rocket ship it once was but you can do ok and clock 100%-110% target with some grind and a bit of fortune.

Great company with disruptive technology. Culture is great, everyone wants to work together and collaborate. Development and enablement of the sales team is left fully to front line managers, which is a gap.
