Company is failing to keep customers and is laying off top talent as a result. Doesn’t seem like a winning recipe. Company also preaches a lot of DEI stuff and pretends to care about people at the top. Their actions prove this is all for show.

Competitors are definitely catching up though and the company made great acquisitions on paper, however the two latest of Fugue and Enso weren’t very fruitful for the reps or the product.
