My overall experience with was really disappointing the way the leadership team handled the situation. The worst part is you'll know your quarterly targets at least 30 days post the quarter start date.

Thank you for your critical review. We appreciate the same. Based on your recommendation, we have gotten better at quota planning and have fixed yearly quotas now so that reps can plan accordingly. We apologise that our teething issues caused you disappointment.

Thank you for your one-sided review. While we are not sure during which period were you at Sprinto but the product has added multiple layers over the last 6 quarters and your colleagues have gotten smarter but as great as when you were here.

I have been with Sprinto for about 1.5 years now. Overall, my experience has been positive. Good benefits, chance to travel, and lots of friendly competition amongst reps. Targets are fair, and hard work does not go unnoticed here.
