My overall experience with was really disappointing the way the leadership team handled the situation. The worst part is you'll know your quarterly targets at least 30 days post the quarter start date.

Thank you for your critical review. We appreciate the same. Based on your recommendation, we have gotten better at quota planning and have fixed yearly quotas now so that reps can plan accordingly. We apologise that our teething issues caused you disappointment.

Overall, Sprinto takes good care of its employees. A very transparent culture (top-down). Overall, if the workplace isn't good enough the payscale doesn't matter. Peace of mind is what I get with Sprinto
