There are many benefits to working at this company, however, there is not a good opportunity to earn well beyond $100k unless you have been with the company for a long time and know the ropes. This is partially due to the fact that Stax works with many SME businesses, which does not provide a huge profit margin to pay employees well. The only way to make more is to sell more and to larger businesses. I do commend the leadership team for trying to find ways to pay their sales team more money. The team culture and efforts by all are really cool to be a part of.

Good place to start your sales career. But you are left scratching your head at a lot of the decisions that are made by my leadership. Culture is pretty good depending on what department and team you are on.

The ability to earn decent money has improved in the last 12 months, however, it is not a role where you can expect to make beyond 100k. This is a SMB SAAS role so the sizes of deals are not going to be big enough to progress your career greatly.
