My overall experience as a BDR at StrongDM was positive. The compensation, paired with a remote environment, is great. The commission structure is generally fair, you are provided all the tools required to succeed, and have achievable targets.

Strong technology, but limited brand visibility in a very specialized market, makes prospecting difficult. Great team, though the sale itself can be challenging. They have the best benefits I have ever been offered, but no one is making sales.
