I learned not to work for a company that pays below the average, and also a company that doesn't allow you to self generate after the assigned work of business information has been worked through and is highly inaccurate information. Leadership is good and they will try to get you what you need to be successful in your role. Training is not the best and the base salary is on the low end. You work 100% remotely so I guess that is the trade off with low base salary.
