Current Employee FY24 was a transitioned year post-acquisition and 100% OTE was paid out to everyone — if you survived 3 rounds of layoffs. Going into FY25, everyone in Sales is under a team number, which is achievable, but payout is capped at 200%. Although we get quarterly advances, you don’t fully earn your variable comp until the books close for the year in December, and they can claw it back if we don’t hit the number, or if you leave voluntarily.
