Constant turnover in management. Market strategy lacks consistency and doesn't align with ideal customer profile that product is best suited for. Internal politics and lack of clear communication is clear downfall for an otherwise good product

Good company to work for. Cyber security is becoming a very crowded market and that is something you will notice. Not a big a brand name like Crowdstrike, SentinelOne and others so you need to work harder to get to the deals. Not sure about the compensation part, but they pay fair. Leadership finds culture important and it shows.

US operations highly segmented from Finnish HQ. High turnover rate and management musical chairs. Despite poor management and leadership there are talented individuals in the pool.
