Run other way. Low base. Small SDR team (2-3 sdrs for 15-20 reps). Def play favorites. Don’t do raises for reps who are killing it. Sales leadership is’ reps who had success. Not fit for leadership roles. Good gig if you have less experience or just getting into the tech space. Tech is average. Needs a makeover. Chief revenue officer is a gem.

Pros: Very welcoming place with lots of support from leadership and team. Team outings/benefits/swag/provide resources. Cons: low base with a high expectation of 200+ calls and 25-30 meetings a month.
