The BDR training is thorough and puts you through the objection handling wringer (in a good way), so you're geared for success when you hit the floor. Wish the compensation was commensurate with the market though. The leadership is good but don't expect any attempts from them to figure out how they can fix your production problems, if any. All in all, it's a great place to learn, and take somewhere else.

High turnover and terminations in every US Sales position leads to lost deals. They repeat the cycle over and over. You will not last long. Leaders are replaced as well so you will often get in trouble for doing what the previous leaders had you do.
