If you're considering joining the company, be aware that many of the positive reviews appear to be curated by HR. The only segment with a realistic chance of meeting quota is SMB, due to recent acquisitions focused on that space. The core product is being deprioritized, despite being the only offering that consistently delivers value to customers. There’s a clear disconnect between leadership’s strategy and actual customer needs—decisions seem driven more by internal narratives than market demand. Most of the senior product leadership has exited, morale is low, and when deals do surface, management response is delayed and lacks urgency. Overall, the organization is struggling, and signs point to deeper systemic issues. Proceed with caution.

5-10 out of 40 reps hit target, not much guidance from leadership other than keep sending emails and dialing. 15 reps have left since Jan with many on stress leave, all around vibe/culture isn’t great as many are looking to leave. Pay is below market standard for an org this size. A lot of favoritism as well which causes tension between reps.

Very much a sink or swim mentality across the Sales org - a few reps do really well, most others struggle consistently to hit target.
