5-10 out of 40 reps hit target, not much guidance from leadership other than keep sending emails and dialing. 15 reps have left since Jan with many on stress leave, all around vibe/culture isn’t great as many are looking to leave. Pay is below market standard for an org this size. A lot of favoritism as well which causes tension between reps.

High quotas with good inbound flow. Very few people actually hitting target. Roles are being combined so AE/AMs will be one role responsible for new business as well as expansion. Leadership constantly changing direction and doesn't seem to have a great sense of what GTM needs to be successful. Comp is lagging compared to other companies.
