It’s been disappointing to see how much has changed. Leadership seems more focused on investor goals than customer feedback, and with many product leaders departing, the culture that once made this an incredible place to work has faded. Sales teams are struggling to hit targets, and the overall environment feels tense and uncertain

Young sales org, they don't really know what they're doing. Comp is extremely low compared to industry average due to it being a Canadian HQ company. They are able to hire during a rough recession, but I imagine ppl will leave once it's an employee market again.

1Password is a great organization. It is a young leadership team with high goals and a lot of organizational changes, but if that doesn't phase you it is a great place to be. Comp is competitive and the people are lovely.
