The product is great and the company vision is strong. However the sales org has gone through a lot of changes in the past year from territory & segment changes to commission structure changes. Hitting quotas has become more difficult and earning potential if you don't hit quota is barely anything. It's a shame because I really believe in the product and the company in general.
